Benn Williams Manufacturing Manager – Structural Benn Williams is Manufacturing Manager – Structural at Taurus Engineering, overseeing workshop manufacturing for structural projects and working closely with clients and the wider group to develop manufacturing capability and build a sustainable order book. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Auckland, Benn brings experience in operations management and primary manufacturing, including iron and steel production and pre-painted long-run steel. Benn enjoys working with highly skilled people, solving problems and tackling complex, time-critical challenges. He takes a democratic and inclusive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on practical, out-of-the-box solutions. Outside work, Benn is getting to know Christchurch and is a keen sports fan, with regular visits to ONE NZ Stadium high on the list.
