Mark Weaver Chief Operating Officer Mark Weaver began his journey with the Vortex Engineering Group in January 2025 as General Manager of Taylors Manufacturing. Following his success in that role, he expanded his leadership to include Taurus Engineering, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2025. With 28 years of experience in steel manufacturing across New Zealand and the UK, Mark brings extensive operational and commercial expertise to the group. Holding a Master’s degree in Material Design and Engineering, he is committed to driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all areas of production.
