Her background includes experience with steel suppliers and the heavy transport industry, giving her a practical understanding of procurement and logistics. Nikila particularly enjoys building strong supplier relationships and being involved throughout a project, from the initial requirements through to completion. She takes a practical, problem-solving approach, always looking for better solutions to supply chain challenges. Outside work, Nikila enjoys cars, music and rugby. She is also a qualified personal trainer and has a passion for fitness.
