Simon Andruchow Site Operations Manager Simon Andruchow joined Taurus Engineering in October 2025 as Site Operations Manager. With extensive experience in CNC machining, welding, and large-scale site operations, Simon plays a key role in planning and managing installations for both structural steel and stainless-steel projects. His background includes CNC and sub-arc welding for structural and spiral-welded steel, as well as overseeing site operations for structural and aluminium installations. Simon has also held management roles at the Glenbrook Steel Mill, where he led operational control and risk management within the melter facility. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and client collaboration, Simon ensures every project is delivered to a high standard from start to finish.
